Zendaya’s newest wax figure is serving one of her most iconic looks.
The figure of the Challengers star recreates the galactic fuchsia two-piece set by Tom Ford that she wore to the 2020 People’s Choice Awards. The look includes a sleeveless high-neck top that she paired with a matching harem maxi skirt. Making the look stand out even more, the Euphoria star wore her hair in box braids.
And the wax figure, which made its debut at Madame Tussauds Hollywood Rooftop Restaurant and Bar, replicated it all.
Keeping the features simple, the statue has minimal make up and sits with the often-Best Dressed stars iconic red carpet smize. Wax Zendaya is in good company with stars such as Will Smith, Marilyn Monroe, Leonardo DiCaprio and James Dean all have figures at the establishment.
Zendaya is no stranger to wax figures—and her wax figures often come with a lot of chatter. In 2022, the internet was left divided when her figure at the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum in London made its debut.
Like her latest statue, the museum pulled another iconic fuchsia style moment—her monochromatic suit by Christian Siriano that she wore to the 2016 Humane Society Gala.
Fans across the internet were left divided as they couldn’t agree on how much (or little) the figure looked like the Disney Channel alum.
At the time, one person tweeted, "How does this both look like her and look nothing like her at the same time??? Like when you zoom in close to the face it looks like her a bit but absolutely not from a distance??? Usually it's the opposite. What sorcery is this
Another user, who sided with the museum added, “ tweeting, "Am I tripping because I think it looks like her…it looks better than a lot other figures we've seen."
Despite all the chatter one thing that is never off—the iconic designs.
