Kids haven't even donned their costumes for a night of trick-or-treating, and already Spirit Halloween is preparing for the holidays.
The temporary retail chain reliably pops up every year in hundreds of vacant storefronts across the country to peddle spooky home décor, costumes and towering outdoor animatronic decorations. But this year, the chain owned by Spencer Gifts, which opened its first pop-up store in the Bay area in 1983, will be sticking around a little longer.
The company has revealed plans to soon open 10 Spirit Christmas stores across the northeast.
"Discover thousands of stocking stuffers, holiday apparel, fun gifts, unique décor, plus all the special trimmings for creating an unforgettable Christmas," advertises Spirit Christmas on its official webpage.
Where will Spirit Christmas stores be located?
Spirit Christmas with be soon taking over strip centers and malls in New Jersey, Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania – some of which are already Spirit Halloween locations.
